Do you have access to their account (email and password they used for that account) @Christina7 or maybe Admin rights on your own account as well?
If I understood correctly and you're indeed a member of Dropbox for Business Team, you should have the Team's Admin transfer their Admin rights to you (or someone else from within the team for that matter).
If you'd like to make another member of your team an admin, please follow these steps:
1) Log in tohttps://www.dropbox.com/team/admin with the Team Admin's account. 2) Click the gear to the right of the member you'd like to add as an admin and select "Add admin permissions" from the menu.
I hope this helps to some extent and please let me know what you find.
Thank you Walter, I can get access to the account, that is get hold of the email and password, but we´re not using dropbox for business team , we´re using the regular dropbox. Can you tell me how to transfer the ownership/admin permissions?
