Can you help me unsync new folders somehow?

Dear support,

 

When a user creates a new folder under our team folder, all other team member will sync the new folder. How can a user set up unsync new folders?

Welcome to the Forum!
 
To prevent the syncing of a folder, you’ll have to use the Selective Sync settings, every time a new folder is created. This can’t be done automatically and the members can’t set it to not to sync for others users.
 
The Admins can set all the files on the team to be Online Only” at all times and then the members to choose which to sync.
This can be done from the Syncing tab on the Preferences of the app.
