Cannot Find Admin Console

Explorer | Level 3

My dropbox business account has been degraded to dropbox basic. How is this possible if I have payed my account for 1 full year that expires only in 2018, but I get a notification that I should renew my subscription now in November 2017?

No phone number to call for support and emailing support can take 1 to 3 business days to respond. How else can I get in contact with dropbox business support?

Without access to the admin console, you'll need to open a ticket and wait for a response. There's no way to access the Business Support options without the information in your console (the PIN code unique to your account). Open a ticket and reply back here with your ticket number, and perhaps one of the Dropboxers will see it and can help expidite things for you.

Replies take approximately 1 - 3 business days with Plus and Professional users getting priority (longer for Basic users).

Thank you Jane.

I wasn't able to open a ticket, because my business account has been reduced to a basic user. I then just used a closed ticket and reopened it to finally being able to ask for help.

Ticket number now is: #7217492

 

It's really  a chicken and egg situation. I need to login into my business account to get to the admin console to ask for help about the admin console not being available because my account has been reduced to a basic account.

Very confusing.

The link I provided above allows anyone to open a ticket; no Business account or Admin console required. Did you follow that link when you tried to open your ticket?
