Cannot set Expiry date! It is fixed on 30 days from today!!

I am trying to set expiry date, as I always do.

The "calendar" lets me click on other dates, but the expiry date stays on 30 days from today 😞

I need this fixed ASAP!!!

Hi @gpu1900

We recently had problems with the expiration field for shared links not showing as being adjusted when a new date was selected, but after selecting a new date and hitting 'Save' the new expiry date did get applied to the link.

This behaviour should have been fixed for all users over the weekend, and I'm no longer able to reproduce it on my account (I can change the expiration date for the link and my selected date is reflected properly in the Link Settings menu before I hit 'Save').

Can you let me know if you are still seeing this behaviour on the website? Thanks!

Frank

I can replicate this error as well.

Can you please log a ticket with Dropbox so they are aware of it?

This was a problem not long ago. I remember a Dropboxer commenting on it at the time, but I can't find where that was posted. Still looking...
