Changing from trial business to basic

I started with the business trail....it expired and I changed to basic free.   Now when I sign in, the business version comes up and says it is expired and I can't get to my basic service.

Hi @tlchase, thanks for messaging the Community!

 

It sounds like you might be in a locked state if the trial expired without you cancelling it directly.

 

You can choose to disband the team using the steps here, and then it'll return your account to a Basic personal plan.
