Charged for Dropbox Business despite cancelling account

I signed up for dropbox business on a trial period. The renewal date for this subscription was the 16th of February. I cancelled my subscription about a week before this but dropbox has chosen to ignore this instead taking the full 720 pounds from my account. Please contact me asap regarding this issue as I am unable to contact support over the phone and am very eager to arrange a refund!

I understand your concern with this trial conversion charge, and will be happy to look into this with you. As it is very subscription-specific, though, it's required that we handle it over on our official support channel. 
 
In order for our team to assist, please write us at www.dropbox.com/support and reply to this message once you’ve had the chance to do so, (with your ticket ID) so that I can search for your request in our system and make sure we follow up with you via email.
 
Also, keep in mind that depending on your subscription, there are different ways to get it touch with our support team:
 
  • Advanced and Enterprise Business Admins can find a contact number in their Admin Console. 📞
  • Standard admins and Professional users can chat with our team. 💬
  • Of course, all users can reach out through our Help page, at: www.dropbox.com/support to communicate via email. 💌
Since you received an annual charge for a Business account, you should be eligible for live support (phone or chat), and this can be found in the Admin Console of your account: https://www.dropbox.com/team/admin/

This is a public forum I'm afraid. You will need to contact Dropbox direct for assistance.

You can do that via the Admin panel and calling them next week (remember they are closed at weekends), or, by email at www.dropbox.com/support.

If possible include the confirmation of your cancellation

Once logged you can track the ticket at http://dropbox.zendesk.com

Today I was sent an e-mail by dropbox that I would be billed 714€ for business dropbox. I didnt realize I forgot to cancel dropbox business, I am an individual person, not a company and cant pay 714€. When I cancelled it, it said I will be refunded 714€. Is this true? How do I know I don't have to pay the ammount?

Hello,

If you followed the instructions at https://www.dropbox.com/help/business/cancel-subscription and it says you will be refunded, then you should be fine. If you were already charged, I would expect it to take up to several days for a refund to occur.
