Create report for files opened

New member | Level 2

Morning,

Q - I have shared  a Folder to an external member as " view only"

I want to create a report to establish if any files have been opened and viewed.

Dropbox advised to upgrade from "Basic" plan to "Advanced" Plan.

If this is possible - kindly email the exact procedure please

Appreciated

Dropboxer

Hi @StuartB, thanks for posting on the Community!

In order to get file specific activity, as the message stated, you'll need a Dropbox Business plan on the Advanced subscription.

You can change your subscription by visiting the billing tab in the admin console on your account, if you're already on a Business plan.

If you need any more details, feel free to message back!
