I am an administrator of a Dropbox basic account. We have a number of members. One member has changed his email address and needs to be deleted. However I cannot delete this member. When I check the other members I find that I appear to be able to delete some and not others. How do I get the ability to delete any member as required?

We shall give this a try. However I have been able to delete members in the past and I can see on the team members' page that I appear to have the ability to delete some members but not others.
One of our members (who I am not tryting to delete) has exceeded her Dropbox space by 34% and I wonder whether this has had any effect?

Hi there @beats2two; sorry to jump in here, but can you clarify if you're referring to removing a member from a shared folder or if you're an admin of a team account and trying to remove a member from the team?
