Thanks - that's a shame it can't be controlled for the global org.
Follow-up question: Do you know if an admin can disable the weekly emails that are automatically sent giving an update on what has changed in folders over the last week?
Again, not aware of such a feature, no. Sorry
I know Individuals can do it but not as a global setting.
