Can we delete from their machine if disconnected longer than 10 days ? Is there a setting that says device not connected for 10 days will disconnect and what happens to the files ..?

In the event a employee is dismissed ,  how do we delete files from that device ..

Hey @tanaka1

Although there isn’t currently a setting that you can apply for this, if you are an admin, you can manually remote wipe Dropbox from a team member’s devices from your Admin consoleYou can also find more info on disconnected devices by:
  1. Sign in to the website
  2. Navigate to your Admin console.
  3. Go to your Activity tab
  4. Under Activity on the options window, select Disconnected a device.
Hope this helps to some extent!
