Hello,
If there are multiple team admins in the business account, only one "master" admin can add the license. Is that correct?
If so, how do I know who is the master admin?

Not all Admins have a billing tab. The billing tab is the place you can manage your licenses. If you are an Admin but you don't have a billing tab, please check if by any chance you have an other Admin role in the team.
There are three admin roles you can have.
Support admins. Being a support admin you can:
User management admins. Being a user management admin you have the same permissions as support admins plus:
Team admins have all above permissions plus:
Your team admin can always make you a full team admin. Let them know you want to manage licenses too. They might feel like sharing this task with you.
Note If your Admin does not have a billing tab either, your team is assigned to a reseller. Read about this here.

Does that mean as long as you are a Team Admin, you should be able to manage billings and add licenses? In other words, do ALL the Team Admin manage billings?

Yes. All Team Admins can manage billing. Only the one that updated the payment details last will get notified for the subscription renewal via email.

Also keep in mind that a Team Admin can contact us live from their Admin console's help section. Our support team can walk them through anything they might need to do and help with billing as well.
