Hello,

 

My Dropbox downgrade from Business to Basic after susepnd/delete from another merged dropbox account. Please suggest for the same.

I suggest you speak to Dropbox support then.

When you are added to other accounts they refund your account charges if you move to Business.

They will need to work out where the money has gone and who needs to reupgrade you.

Are you trying to reupgrade?

Do I need to select my privious plan?

It asks me to pay for year, however I already paid for year.
