Drop box took my money although I cancelled

Good morning. My name is Kim Hyunji. I am in Korea.

Please be sure to cancel any payments made automatically.

You do not need to use a drop box in 2017.

I'm unsubscribed to cancel, but I can not process my payment.

I have been searching and searching for this place.

Please help me. I am very sick in English too.

Autoresponder emails and late processing make me difficult.
