DropBox account possibly identified in WordPress website hack

This week, I had several WordPress sites fall to hackers. On each site, I see that there are files that are part of the hack which seem to be downloading sources from DropBox, and in at least one instance, I think I've found identifying information.

I presume that the user identified is a victim, not a perpetrater. 

That said, who can I submit this information to, such that the affected user could be notified, and/or his account shut down so that it is not part of the malware chain anymore?
