DropBox support in the event of malware

I currently work at an organization with one other DropBox user and we are thinking of upgrading to DropBox Plus. In the event of a ransomare or malware attack on our files, how does DropBox provide support in recovering files?

Here’s some information on recovering files after a ransomware infection https:confused face:/www.dropbox.com/help/security/ransomware-recovery
 
If the above doesn’t work out for you, perhaps because the encryption was too wide-spread in your account, we can restore these files, or your entire Dropbox account for you. In this case, you would need to submit a support request for assistance.

First off. Dont go to Plus - its simply not designed for what you need if I'm honest. The support is aimed at home users and as such the support is targeted at that level. It is also not a replacement for a full backup system.

I'd strongly suggest you look at www.dropbox.com/business instead which has phone support etc.
