HI szadegan,

make sure that the below are checked

- Run whether user is logged on or not

- Run with highest privilegesConfigure For" (your operating system)

- Configure For

- The trigger you created is enabled

If all these are checked and still does not work, then I would suggest creating the scheduled task to run as NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM instead of your user account.

There is also an automated bat that creates the job within AD sync tool

Hey @szadegan

Welcome to Dropbox and the Dropbox Community!

As per this resource, when selecting the script, right-click and choose run with admin privileges.

Hope this helps you sync your group members to your Dropbox Business team faster!

Cheers,

JaneA

Thanx for the reply, But I have a scheduled task which runs this script and I need to run it automatically. It does not run with the user which is in Admin groups

Hey @szadegan

Thanks for the swift reply!

Could you try to set administrator permissions for the program that's been running the task? It is my idea that this will help you resolve this issue.

If you need further assistance, just reach back out here.

Thanks,
