Dropbox Admin Console shows a blank screen

Hi all, I am trying to set up my Dropbox team but everytime I click on the Admin Console it shows a blank screen. I just submitted a Dropbox Support Ticket with the ID #7854857. I tried finding online on this particuler Dropbox issue but there doesn't seem to have any information. Any ideas on why this occurs and how to resolve it? It is not a browser issue and I have tried many different browsers and on a different computer with a newly installed browser too.

As I’ve been able to locate your ticket ID internally & we’re already discussing the accessibility issue you’ve experienced there, please reply to my latest email, so as to move forward on the matter together.

Hey mxoh, I’m just updating the thread, as I was able to check back on progress on this matter with our team specialists & this should now be fixed, hence you should now be able to access the admin console as expected.

I have the exact same issue. The page loads but goes quicly to blank...

Hey @manuleroy, I’m wondering if that persists across browsers or through an incognito window/in private browsing mode for you. Can you try accessing the page that’s not loading at the moment without any extensions running & see if that amends the behavior? As an additional step, would you mind clearing your browser's cache & see if this does the trick for you this time? If you’re still getting the same results after trying my suggestions, I’d appreciate it if you included a screenshot in your next reply here, so as to get a better idea of what’s happening.
