Dropbox Customer Service Feedback for Business Accounts.

I just had an extremely unpleasant support call with a Stef (female, British accent).

 

Aside from being unable to resolve the issue, she refused to put me on with a supervisor or manager when requested, refused to the escalate the matter to a Department when it was clear that she could not resolve it, and refused to provide a feedback mechanism on the support provided (still waiting for that feedback email).

 

The problem remains unresolved.

 

I am a little shocked that for a company that delivers such great software to have such rude support.


Is there any way I can provide this feedback to her supervisor/manager or someone in charge of such things? It doesn't seem right that someone else would have to go through the 30 minutes of condescension, insults and general rudeness that I just went through.
