Dropbox cannot discern between my personal dropbox and my companies dropbox

Just accepted a position with a new company.  I am unable to navigate my companies Dropbox on my home ofice computer because my personal (previous) Dropbox Account populates with no obvious option to switch to company account?

 

Any advice?
