Dropbox fails to sync with all shared members?

In our business we've decided to use Dropbox as our resource for sharing, storing and saving files, pictures and videos. However some members of our business do not receive the shared folders/files? We tried uploading new files, re-inviting them and basically everything. 

 

What might cause this? We've tried the "desktop" version and the online version. We need help fixing this, if not we will find another supplier.

Why cant they see? What happens?

Can they see them at www.dropbox.com/home or not?
What version of Dropbox are you using? Free? Paid? Business?
Do they have enough quota to see the files?

What version of Dropbox are you using? Free? Paid? Business?
