Dropbox has stopped emailing comments to users in my organization. We need this issue fixed right away. It causes problems with our work flow. Some users still get emaield notifications, while others do not.

Dropbox for business should have better immediate technical support with high-end support representatives. The reason I posted this here was in hopes that some other person in the "community" might have a solution for the problem.
I understand that you’d need immediate assistance @John B.238 & I’ve made our higher-level technicians aware of the urgency of the matter. Thanks for bearing with us in the meantime!

To date, I have rec'vd no meaningful tech support, Dropbox has done nothing to really help us fix the issue. All that I am told is that someone really up the chain will get back to me and help me but no one ever does. It has now been 4 or 5 days since we put in our support ticket and talked with someone and no one really will help. It is extremely frustrating.
Hey @John B.238, our higher-level technicians just informed me that this issue is now fixed and you should be able to receive emails for Comments as expected. Thank you for your patience while we have been working to resolve this discrepancy & please let me know on this discussion if this persists for you or you need further assistance in any way!
