Hello guys,

 

The need for support is due to the initial setup.


When configuring SSO for the first time with google's Gsuite provider, we had to create and delete some accounts right away, due to autoprovision validation.


Now the sso autoprovision is working properly, but the accounts that were deleted and later recreated by the autoprovision conflicted. Thus, as an example, we have a collaborator who was created and deleted manually, and recreated automatically. This employee received the new invitation but when trying to join the team, he receives the message that he has 2 accounts and requires that the password be typed in the dropbox dashboard (but the account does not exist in the dropbox).
