Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) - Auth Token

Hello, I'm attempting to configure EMM for our enterprise (for use with MobileIron as our MDM provider). The Dropbox Admin portal has an option to copy the Auth Token to the clipboard (link below). When I click the Copy button for the Auth Token the browser indicates "Token copied to clipboard". However when I paste the token (into Notepad, etc) it's always "null". I can't imagine this is correct. Is anyone else seeing this behavior?

Hi there, we’re not experiencing any issue currently on that front.

Could you try using a different browser, just in case the ‘copy’ button doesn’t register properly on your current browser due to security restrictions?

Otherwise, try incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running.

Thanks Jay. The behavior was the same across EDGE, Chrome, and IE11. Apparently we do have some sort of security restriction in place. I used an incognito window in Chrome and was able to get the Auth Token to copy to the clipboard successfully.

Glad to hear you were able to get the token.

There’s possibly an extension on the normal window that blocks Javascript, or some other scripts from running.
