Error (500) Something went wrong.

When trying to access the settings page from within the Admin console i am receiving the Error (500) something went wrong page. This happens 100% of the time from Chrome, Internet explorer, Edge and Firefox, location does not make a difference either ruling firewall out.

 

Url of page we are trying to access is below

https:confused face:/www.dropbox.com/team/admin/settings

 

Any help appreciated.

We've experienced a temporary problem on our end that may have affected your access. We're working on fixing this issue at the moment!

Everything should slowly, slowly get back to normal.  We're very sorry for the inconvenience and we'll be taking measures to ensure this particular issue won't arise again.

I need to cancel my subscription urgent, when I click on the button an error 500 appears

Try a different browser, clearing cache or using incognito mode.

Abo lässt sich nicht kündigen ERROR (500)

Hallo und guten Tag,

 

ich möchte mein Abo kündigen, geht aber auf einen Serverfehler Error(500)

Bitte prüfen.

I've managed to contact somebody at Dropbox and 'they are aware and working on it'. Apologies I have no other information.
