Help - Drop Box Business Subscription Issue

I have been trying to pay my dropbox business subscription for the past 4 days to prevent any interuption at the end of my free trial.  Unfortunately, the website will not process my payment - I have tried different credit cards and pay pal and nothing works.  After many online support requests and no way to talk to a live person I am in the same sitaution I was in 4 days ago.  My trial period has ended and I have lost all the functionality and space that comes with 11 licenses for Dropbox Business.  This is truely some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.  Not sure why it is so difficult to pay a company $2,8xx.   Maybe this company actually pays attention to their message boards, since they clearly don't seem to think very highly of their customers.

I sympathize with your frustration... please read through this Help Center article if you haven't already done so.  Let us know if anything suggested there helps with your current predicament.

 

Also, please post your ticket number here so I can forward it to a Dropboxer to take a closer look.

It's not an issue with a declined payment, it is an issue with the dropbox payment processing.  When I click the complete purchase button it shows processing for 1 second and goes back to Complete Purchase.  No error is shown, unless I make too many attempts and it tells me I have made too many attempts and I need to wait 24 hours.

As others have said, sorry about this issue. I've opened a bug against the problem and reactivated your trial so you can keep working while this gets investigated. 

Let me know if we can do anything else to help.

Thank you very much.  Having access to the admin console and files syncing again helps me out a bunch.
