How Do I Switch From Business Advanced To a Single Pro License?

I am currently paying for 5 licenses on Business Advanced and I only use one of those licenses.  I want to move from Business to Professional (Personal) but I cannot see a way to do so without having to pay for 5 licenses again.  Can you please help?

Have you tried following https:confused face:/www.dropbox.com/help/business/cancel-subscription ?

You need to totally cancel and downgrade to then re-upgrade.

Hi GlobalArchitect, welcome to Dropbox Community!
 
As @Mark correctly mentions, in order for you to switch to one of our individual plans here you will first need to cancel your current Business plan and then purchase the plan you would like to switch to. 
 
I followed up via email in order to continue troubleshooting with all our tools available and help you with your inquiry.

I tried completely canceling but I now have to wait until June 4th for the cancellation to go through.

     I tried completely canceling but I have the Dropbox Business Prior Dropbox Business plan and I am being forced to wait until June 4th to have that plan actually cancel out (I am the "admin").  I am hoping at that point that I will be able to upgrade to PRO.

Yes, it seems that this is the case. As soon as the plan you are on downgrades you will be able to purchase the plan you wish to choose here.
