Hi all, having not heard back from dropbox after multiple emails, im coming here in the hope that someone has come up with a clever way of auditing license usage. My goal is to simply find any account in our enterprise that hasnt accessed Dropbox in the last 6 months, without needing to go through a 650 mb spreadsheet to find the answer.
Thanks
Hey there @Fuse1on - I'm sorry to hear that!
Could you tell me the ticket's ID(s) maybe?
If that's not possible, would it be OK if I reached out via email to the email address associated with your forum's profile so we can work on this together? Note that I'm merely asking as account specific inquiries like this one are best handled through our Official Channels for security reasons.
Let me know what you find please!
