How can I restore a deleted account after removing them from the team?

How to restore the account of my wife (glazastaya mail ru)?

When I tryed free-trial DB business account, I have invited my wife into the group.
After that I have remove her from the group w/o keeping the archive data.

After that her account no more existed.

I was able to locate your open request from my end and have passed your comments along to the member of the team reviewing this for you. When they have more info on the matter, they’ll get back to you as soon as possible via email.

You need to contact support and ask for help, however, note that it may not be recoverable. 

You can email via www.dropbox.com/support and then track at http://zendesk.dropbox.com
