I need to change the admin on our account. The lady that is the admin no longer works here. I would like to be the new Admin for Kimil Co but am unsure how to switch it

Hi, I have had 0 success with the options listed in the comments. I would like to contact someone to switch admins but I don't know who to speak with. The chat bot is not helpful. Is there anyone I can speak to about this?
Hey @slangford, thanks for nudging us on this thread.
If you don't see any options in your Support page to contact our team, it sounds like you may be on a Basic account and not on a Business subscription.
You can check which plan your account is on by going to your Plan tab online.
For this reason, could you let me know exactly when you're trying to achieve?
Are you trying to join a Business team as an admin, or change the permissions of a shared folder?
