How do I disconnect my personal account from a business account?

I have just been invited to join a business account and I connected my perosnal account by mistake and wish to disconnect it. Having looked through the help guides, I'm struggling to disconnect. 

When I go to settings I can't see 'disconnect' there's just a button to 'connect', however my personal account is showing under the business account. 

Can anyone help please?

Do you mean you joined the Business account using your personal account, or do you mean you've conencted your (separate) personal and Business accounts as described in the link Mark posted above?

If it's the former, which I suspect, you can't remove your account from the Business account. The team admin needs to convert your account back to a Personal account. Make sure they know not to simply remove you from the team. If they do, your account is deleted. They need to convert it. Have them refer to the following help article:
