How do we change a team member's email?

To whom it may concern

We have a couple of members linked to our dropbox. One of our members was accidently removed instead, where only her email should have chanaged. The email should change from [personal information removed as per the Community's Guidelines] to  [personal information removed as per the Community's Guidelines

 

Will you please be so kind to urgently assist

Hi @Anne-mart, thanks for joining the Community!

 

If you need to change an email address, you can do so via the admin console.

 

As the member has been removed from the team, you can recover the team member first, provided they were deleted within the last 7 days. 

 

After that's done, you can change the email address from the member's tab in the admin console.
