How does an organization protect dropbox ownership?

How does an organization protect dropbox ownership?

New member | Level 2

Hi, if you have a company or a club, or any organization and want to have your important files safe and secure year over year, that means setting things up so that when roles change you would ultimately want your organization to be able to regain its dropbox account in the unfortunate case of a rogue administrator. How can we set this up? In other words, how can we set up the account to protect the organization?

This first thing to do is make sure people use the accounts with organisation owned and controlled email addresses. That way you can regain access if needed.

Also, make sure you use the specific Dropbox system that gives you complete ownership of all accounts (Dropbox Business). Dont even think about using Pro/free accounts if you need that sort of protection.
