How to separate 1 account become 2 account?

Explorer | Level 3

We made a mistake by creating the account [email removed], with 12 licenses purchased for one year. We actually only need 5 licenses under this account, hence with 7 extra licenses paid by mistake.

 

We would like to know if it's possible to create 1 or 2 new accounts under other different email addresses, and move the extra 7 licenses to the new accounts with different emails.

You should contact your Dropbox for Business support team for assistance with that. You can find the phone number in your admin console under Help.
