We made a mistake by creating the account [email removed], with 12 licenses purchased for one year. We actually only need 5 licenses under this account, hence with 7 extra licenses paid by mistake.
We would like to know if it's possible to create 1 or 2 new accounts under other different email addresses, and move the extra 7 licenses to the new accounts with different emails.
