I really need some help now. I had Dropbox Business, and we were just two members. As the business did scale down also the other member did leave the business and I did remove her as a team member. As I did so, her files did disappear. I was looking for her files in the system bud did not find them. And as I did look around I also managed do downscale the account to private.
My plan was to down scale the account, but not before I have control of all the files.
The big question is now; how can I now find her files?
I did send a request to Dropbox support but did only get a link to a help page where I did not find an answerer. Really hope I can get help here.
