I can’t find my photos anymore. Dropbox says I have a business account and I need a personal account to access my photos. When I try to sign in for a personal account it says I’m already logged in. Where are my photos!!!!

Hey @Sakinah88, welcome to our forum!

Is it possible that you were part of a Business or free team at some point? If you are currently on a free team, and no longer want to be part of it, you’ll need to leave that free team like this:

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com.

  2. Choose your work account at the bottom left.

  3. Click the button by your team name: Groups and members or # members.

  4. Click Leave team.
    1. more info here http://bit.ly/2p0HJ71

I hope this helps.

Cheers!

Super User

Hello.  Sorry, you are having problems.  Dropbox has made so many changes, its hard to keep up.  Can you navigate to the files on Dropbox website then find a folder named Photos.  Do you see one?
