I can only access files via web based portal. Whenever I try to access same file via synched DropBox folder on computer, I get a weird error with a path name that includes this symbol ~ several times and a message that says "The directory name is invalid."
All folders have a green check mark to show updated and synched. Any help is appreciated.

I figured it out. The Windows 10 version I am running has a pathway character limit of 250 characters. We have extremely long folder and subfolder names. After editing my registry and setting the character limit to unlimited, I no longer have the problem. Thank you for the quick responses in troubleshooting this issue.

What is the path to the registry key, please?
Are you referring to the Windows Registry @Kenley35 ?
If that's the case, it should be the REGEDIT command - for more info please take a look below:

I'm familiar with using REGEDIT, but need to know where the DWORD is to change the file length restriction.
Thank you.
