I can't add a new member to our team, as I'm getting a message "Please refresh page".

Explorer | Level 3

Hi I want to add another user to our Business acount (we have 20 active users).  When I click on "submit" to add user / take license I recieve a message "please refresh page".  Refreshing the page does not add user.  This is happening in Safari and Chrome.  Any suggestions welcome.  Thanks

Hey @Peter_Hagenauer, while it would be worth checking whether this persists through an incognito window/in private browsing mode (eg. without any extensions running & after clearing your browser's cache), I’m wondering if this action can’t be completed & that's why you're getting this error message. If it’s not too much trouble for you, could you check on your Dashboard for your remaining licenses & let me know what you can see there in your next message?

Hi Jane 

Thanks for your reply.  Although we have 19 remaining licences (recently rolled off a number of project team members) a check of the dashboard as per your advice showed that I needed to add a licence - so problem resolved.  Again, thanks for your help
