I am the admin on my bussiness account and I am not able to see the same pictures on my desk top as on my phone. I started up an old phone yesterday and when I went to drop box I saw a lot of pictures that I thought I had lost. the phone is not one that I am using currently. Hopw can I get the ability to see all the photos that are on that drop box on all my admin logins? I also have a lap top that has just recently stoped showing a main file that I can see on other computers. please help It is hard to run a business when I cant see all my files.

Hey @cpdiesel

Thanks for posting on the Dropbox Community on this matter!

Off the top of my head, the best course of action would be to check your sync settings across your devices (mobile & desktop) and take it from there. Also, to determine where syncing halts, I'd suggest looking at your folder structure on the web.

#1. Please make sure that you're running the latest stable version of the application on your desktop. Normally, this will resume syncing and files that were in a pending state will upload after the update.

#2. Are you (Were you) running the latest version of your mobile OS and the the Dropbox app installed while uploading your pics online?
Here 's the link in case you'd like to check that:

If everything was up-to-date, you'll see that all your photos were uploaded online, so visiting your account on the the website will give you an idea of what has happenned.

Please keep me updated on the results here!

Wishing you a great weekend ahead,
JaneA

Hi CPDiesel

Can I just check are these all using the same account? As you've just moved to Business I'm wondering if you have set up a new account for that reason.
