Apologies for getting back to you in delay, seems that you figured out how to transfer these files from your admin console. 

 

Just for future reference, let me include the steps below: 


#1. Open the Admin Console.
#2. Click on the Members tab and choose the ‘Deleted members’ from the dropdown at the top of the page.
#3. Select the gear icon next to the user you want to transfer files from.
#4. Choose ‘Manage files.’
#5. Enter the email address of the existing user on the team that you would like to transfer the files to.
