I can't access the admin console
Are you sure you are the Dropbox admin?
Please file a ticket at dropbox.com/support and we can check that out
I can't access the admin console and that's how I used to open tickets. Can you post a link for opening a ticket?
yeah, go to www.dropbox.com/support
How do I access my admin console & dashboard?
You can only access that if you are a paying Business customer Helen.
www.dropbox.com/business is what you need to be on.
You can then go to www.dropbox.com/team/admin
