I need help with a billing inquiry. What can I do?

Hi there

 

We have been charged £660 for a service, and we request every year to cancel. I rang last year and verbally cancled the service and shocked we have been charge again this year, I even emailed a few days ago to request we do not require this service and still you have proceeded to take the money out of our account. All I ask is you to remove the service and refund us the £660.

Once there you can then track it at http://dropbox.zendesk.com
