I recently joined Business team & I can't see the Business files. What can I do?

I recently joined Business team & I can't see the Business files. What can I do?

New member | Level 2

I joint a business account, login with my personal email but I had to change my password. Now I can see my personal files inside a new business folder, but I can't see the business folders.

Hey @Sabrina G.2, thanks for checking in on the Dropbox Community!
 
It sounds that you accepted an invite to a team, however you can’t see any team-wide shared content, am I on the right track here? 
 
If your concern lies there, then you'd have to contact your team admin who'll invite you to these files through their admin console

I cant see the business files

I received a link to join a business account, but the email was the same I use to my personal account. Dropbox asked me to create another password and I chose to join my personal account into business. Now when I login my personal account belongs to business folder but I can´t see the folders from the business account. Only my personals folders. Where are they?
