I've purchased a Dropbox Business plan, though I'm unable to locate under the registered email.

I've been blocked out of using Dropbox for about 2 years with messages saying I had used up all my space.  I tried emailing for help but each time help gets emailed to me, it doesn't solve the problem.  I clicked to upgrade for more space (and got charged $450) but still not able to use Dropbox as messages say my dropbox account is still too full.  I'd like to have TLC and have someone either fix this problem for me (multiple email addresses and client accounts so its hard to follow which account is full) so that I can use Dropbox and reimburse me the $450 until the problem is solved and I can use Dropbox again.

Indeed, as @Mark mentions, finding the relevant Dropbox account is the first step to troubleshooting this. However, due to account-specific and sensitive info that’s required, I’d recommend moving this discussion to email. I was able to locate your open request from my end and I’ve made sure to get back to you there so as to investigate further on the matter. Please check your inbox for my latest message.

Cheers!

I'm afraid nobody wont be able to help you unless you can work out WHICH account is full.

You can do that at www.dropbox.com/account - the issue isnt with Dropbox here its that you need to work out which accounts you've upgraded. The accounts are all there ready for you to use - including the upgraded one, you just need to find it to use it

I'd strongly suggest, if I'm honest, working out which is upgraded and then moving everything from all your other accounts in to that one account via shared folders (https://www.dropbox.com/help/files-folders/share-with-others) and then deleting the extra accounts so you dont get confused in the future (https://www.dropbox.com/help/account/delete-account)
