I've been blocked out of using Dropbox for about 2 years with messages saying I had used up all my space. I tried emailing for help but each time help gets emailed to me, it doesn't solve the problem. I clicked to upgrade for more space (and got charged $450) but still not able to use Dropbox as messages say my dropbox account is still too full. I'd like to have TLC and have someone either fix this problem for me (multiple email addresses and client accounts so its hard to follow which account is full) so that I can use Dropbox and reimburse me the $450 until the problem is solved and I can use Dropbox again.
