ID Team Admin When Not Approved

How can you identify the administrator of a Dropbox team if your request to join the Team has not been accepted?

I suspect based on the domain of my email, Dropbox has recognized a Team has been created for our company. It suggested I join the team matching our domain. Unfortunately, no one knows who our admin is.

Without being accepted to the team, it appears I can't lookup the person or email of the admin. I'm guessing they left the company. I could do a password reset, if I knew whose email address is setup as the admin.

Hi @dennis8, thanks for joining the Community!

Currently, it wouldn't be possible to determine the admin without being a member of the team itself.

However, it should be a person with the same domain name in this instance, so you can check with your IT admin to find out of they're aware of the user who could be the admin.

If you need any further assistance, please let me know!
