Hi
My title is a little weird I guess, but I didnt know how to phrase it correctly.
The situation that I am currently facing is that when I started Dropbox Business I created a folder called "Projects". In the beginning I just invited people to this main folder in order to collaborate.
I now realize that this is causing problems with sub folders within "Projects" since I cant invite new people to colaborate within a shared folder anymore, I can only share links with them. So my idea is to remove everyone from the main folder itself and reinvite them to the sub folders that concern them.
How should this procedure be done in the least disruptive manner? If I just plainly "remove" people from the main folder now I get offered to have them keep their folders (unsynched) or have them not keep the folders. The goal however would be to have them keep the folders (synched). The current users shouldnt face any changes or missing data.
I hope Im making some sense here, hard to formulate my concern in english aswell.
