Multiple users using my account are getting your account if full messages when it has less than 75%

Multiple users using my account are getting your account if full messages when it has less than 75%

New member | Level 2

I'm getting messages on multiple accounts I have that say dropbox is full. 

 

I have more than 75% of the space in my account unused.  This happens though the web interface. 

 

Any ideas?

YOU have 75% unused.... that does not mean they do.

Remember shared folders use up the quota of everybody. So, if they have a smaller quota than you, or, less space free within it they will get it before you.

YOU have 75% unused.... that does not mean they do.

Remember shared folders use up the quota of everybody. So, if they have a smaller quota than you, or, less space free within it they will get it before you.

Welcome to the Dropbox Community, it’ll be a pleasure to help you clarify! 
 
Because you’ve mentioned that you have multiple accounts, as per: 
 
I'm getting messages on multiple accounts I have that say dropbox is full. 
 
I’d like to ask you whether you’re part of a team. If this is the case, would you mind sending me a screenshot (omitting personal info) of the overquota messages you're seeing, so that I determine the case? 
 
Also, if you're on a Dropbox for Business team, please let me know in your reply.
