My account is in locked state, how can I make it work again?

To clarify, the email associated to the account, email is the one in locked state, to get the account out of locked state click this link: 

 

My company had a trial account but then starting paying for an account. For whatever reason my account is not functional. I do have other personal accounts on the same laptop but this should not be an issue because one is business, one is personal and they do NOT share the same email address or other account details. How can I get my work account to work for me? 

 

is there a support number I can call to get phone support for this paid account

Hi @apinaga, thanks for posting on the Community!

 

It sounds like the Dropbox account went into a locked state as the trial expired. This would prevent any syncing on the account.

 

To leave the locked state, you can either re-upgrade your account to a paid plan, or leave the team. This article should assist further in relation to this.

 

Regarding phone support, we only provide incoming phone support for team admins of paid Dropbox Business subscriptions.
