My admin privileges were removed from another team admin. What can I do?

My admin privileges were removed from another team admin. What can I do?

New member | Level 2

I started a Business account and then merged with another law firm.  We made a member of that law firm an admin as well and "moved in together".  Now he has taken away my admin privileges and I am very, very worried about my files.  Since I initially set up this account, all my files are on the business platform. I have many personal files as well.  What recourse do I have?

None I'm afraid. Or at least not via Dropbox. That person has performed a perfectly authorised transaction based upon the accounts merger. 

You need to take it up with your management teams I'm afraid.
