My files disappeared from the web. What can I do?

When I tried to log on to my dropbox today the only page that loads is the home page asking me to sign up for dropbox. When I click on Files, I can see in the background as the page reloads listed files. What is the problem and how can I retrieve all of my files? I have a business account.

Tried clearing cookies, cache etc?

Maybe a different browser or on incognito mode?

Hi there, could you try switching browsers to see if this helps? Otherwise, use incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running.

It is possible that the site isn’t loading correctly, so we need to first rule out browser issue before moving onto other reasons.

Good to see it's working now! Sometimes plugins or settings on a browser can prevent it from working as it usually did.

Try resetting that original browser to factory defaults to see if this helps, if you prefer to use that one in future!
