We recently started using our DropBox again and noticed the Admin was an ex employee, and the email associated with that account was their personal, not their company email. We tried contacting them with no success. We need to change the Admin to our most recent colleague. What is the best way to do this?
Thanks for your reply. We contacted our old employee and he has not responded. We also opened a ticket but the response we got was to contact the terminated employee (even though we included he was unreachable in the ticket). We are waiting for their reply to see if there are any other ways to retrieve the admin access to our account.
